How do I request a design from Horus?
Choose the service, tap “Request design now”, and upload your logo or notes. We send the design on WhatsApp within 24 hours before production.
Is Horus a retail shop or made-to-order?
Horus is a made-to-order workshop, not a retail store. Each piece is measured, designed, and produced for your project — acrylic, signage, stands, laser gifts, and décor.
Why is a deposit required?
The deposit confirms the order and reserves production time after you approve the design. The design is sent on WhatsApp first; the deposit is requested after approval, not before.
