The production and delivery period is typically 4 to 6 business days from the date the order is confirmed. This timeframe excludes the day the deposit is paid, as well as Fridays and Saturdays. Please note that for certain custom products, this duration may vary depending on the nature of the order.

We require a deposit to ensure the seriousness of an order, allowing us to begin sourcing materials, initiate production, and allocate our team’s time to fulfill your request. In the past, there have been instances where orders were fully prepared and manufactured, only for the client to cancel or fail to collect them—resulting in unnecessary costs and a loss of resources for us. For this reason, we ask for a deposit equal to 40% of the total order value; this is requested once you have approved the design and before production begins.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and provide clear photos or a video showing the product and the issue. If the problem or damage is on our end (Horus), we will review the case and coordinate with you on a solution—whether through repair, remanufacturing, replacement, or a refund, depending on the specific situation.

The duration and scope of the warranty vary depending on the product type; specific warranty details are provided on the product page or at the time of order confirmation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects—subject to the terms applicable to each product—but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or modifications made to the product.

You may request a refund of your deposit if you cancel the order before production begins. Once production has started, the customer is no longer entitled to a refund—unless there is an issue or error on the part of Horus, or if the product is manufactured in a way that deviates from the agreed-upon design or specifications.

You may request up to 5 rounds of design revisions before final approval. Should you require further adjustments beyond these 5 rounds, we may request a deposit to confirm your commitment and proceed with the additional changes.

Yes, we offer installation services within Alexandria, Cairo, and Giza. The installation cost is separate from the product price, and it is agreed upon before the order is confirmed.
